Scope of Project
The local developer of this exciting project was committed to ensuring the core design of these properties were in keeping with the local surroundings and neighbouring properties, there needed to be a sensitive approach given the quality of the location, thankfully the local residents have been very supportive and encouraging from the start.
The detail throughout this project has been carried out to the highest standard, hence the option to build one property to completion at a time, we have used a mixture of Deceunink flush sash windows Solidor doors and Smarts bi folding doors ensuring residents receive that premium finish and helping to achieve low u-values for all year-round energy efficiency.
